Integrate Klaviyo for Marketing Promotions

Send booking events to Klaviyo to automate your marketing promotions across email, SMS, mobile push and more.

To activate this, navigate to the settings section of the Bookeasy app and go to integrations.

To activate this integration you require an API key from Klaviyo.

Go to Klaviyo.com and login with your credentials.

Once logged in, go to the settings page of Klaviyo. 

Now go to API keys and click on "Create Private API key".

Now, give a name to your key.

Then you will have a list of API scopes.
For this integration, you can select "Read access" for "Accounts" and "Read and write access" for "Events".

Once done, click on "Create" and you will receive your private key.

Then copy the key and go to the Bookeasy app. 

Here in the "Integration" page under the settings section, add the API key in Klaviyo marketing section.

Once entered, click on the connect symbol adjacent to it, to connect Klaviyo with Bookeasy.

Now you will receive a pop up to show which Klaviyo account is connected to the API key. Click connect. 

Now your Klaviyo account is integrated with Bookeasy.

Then check the boxes to confirm the events that needs to be synced with Klaviyo.

Then "Save" the setup and you are all done. 

If you wish to disconnect this integration, just click on the "Disconnect" button.
